The location is great and the facilities are spacious. I don’t mind an old, simple hotel, but the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was a problem. I stayed four nights with several other couples from my family, and none of our towels or bed linens were changed. The bathroom trash wasn’t emptied either. There was a water leak on my room’s floor, and I nearly slipped one day because I hadn’t seen that it was wet. The hotel needs better care and cleaning. Breakfast was the only thing I liked.

Renato was so attentive when my family and I stayed here on July 23, 2018. Before we chose the hotel, he let us look at the room, suggested a nearby restaurant, and kindly offered us extra blankets. The room was large, the beds were comfortable, and there was a garage. Breakfast was generous, with food being replenished regularly.

The rooms feel cooler thanks to the high ceilings. There was cable TV and Netflix, breakfast was great, and the staff were very attentive. Everything was clean and organized. It’s not a fancy hotel, but it was just right for what I needed in town.

We were misled: they told us we’d have a connected apartment to ourselves. That night, my wife left the room to use the bathroom and ran into a man from the other room. It was a real shock. The bathroom wasn’t private and was very dirty. I don’t recommend it.

It was cold and noisy, and the internet didn’t work well. The price seemed fair for what the hotel offers, but I definitely didn’t like staying there. Breakfast was very poor compared with other hotels I’ve stayed at.
