Top hotel.

8/10
The bed was excellent, the TV was good, and the room had a nice finish. The air conditioning worked really well, too. I did miss having a thicker blanket to keep warm, and I don’t think the bedding was actually changed. In the bathroom, there was no proper basin, so shower water kept wearing down the soap in a badly improvised dish. It looked like they were fixing that as I was leaving. The place was pleasant, the staff were kind, and breakfast had tasty, house-made items with a good range of choices.

The breakfast was disappointing, with limited choices in a small space. In January, the parking lot fills up quickly. The room I stayed in had been renovated, with porcelain tile, a new air conditioner, and very good beds. The bathroom had also been redone, though mine didn’t have a soap dish.

Despite being beside a very busy highway, the hotel was remarkably quiet. The room and bathroom were good and everything felt quite new, including the air conditioning and minibar. I found the mattress hard, but it didn’t get in the way of my stay. Breakfast had plenty of options. I recommend it.
