The rooms are large, and the hotel has a good location, service, and breakfast. The price is a bit high, though.

After driving for more than 14 hours from Salvador to Teófilo Otoni, my family and I arrived at Hotel Nobre Palace at 8:30 pm on January 18, 2026, at the start of our vacation. Aline, the employee who attended to us, gave us incorrect information and was rude and disrespectful to my family and me. She even said that although she worked there, she didn’t represent the hotel and couldn’t help with anything. I’m warning anyone looking for a place to stay in Teófilo Otoni to choose somewhere else. My family and I will never return.

The breakfast had lots of variety, and the woman working there was exceptionally kind and attentive. She clearly explained the breakfast hours, how to use the elevator, which floor I was on, and how things in the room worked. The corridor view on my floor was lovely and very clean, and the pool was a nice place to relax. Hotel Nobre Palace was beautiful and well cared for. The elevator worked perfectly, and my spotless room was comfortable, with a minibar, air conditioning, hot and cold water, a TV, and one double bed plus a single bed. I enjoyed the stay so much that I’d happily come back.
