The suite looked nothing like the photos, and the room sound system wasn't working. The staff member who helped us was rude and blunt. When we turned on the dirty hydromassage tub, strange waste came out of the jets, so we had to clean it ourselves. For the price we paid, I expected a different standard. This was the worst experience of my life, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We booked a suite that was very expensive for what we got. The first room smelled of cigarettes, and there wasn't even liquid soap for the hydromassage tub. After we complained, they moved us, but the other room smelled of smoke too and still had no soap for the tub, just a bar of soap. There was only one toothbrush. The only snacks were chocolate and chewing gum if you wanted something to eat. A really bad experience for the price. I don't recommend it.
