The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Breakfast offered a good range of options, too. The location is excellent, and the whole pousada was spotless, with friendly, attentive staff. I’d highly recommend staying here. Top!!

We came back to the pousada in 2026, ten years after our first visit, and found it even better. It has grown while keeping the same care and warmth. Dona Magda and Sr. Gil made us feel especially welcome, with such genuine attention. The afternoon treat was a lovely extra, fresh brewed coffee with biscuits. Breakfast was delicious, carefully prepared and plentiful, and the service throughout made us feel at home from the start. It’s close to the center of Itaúnas, so restaurants, forró and village fun are easy to reach, while the pousada itself stays peaceful. We’d happily return again.
