Really good!

There are only a few kitchen utensils, not even enough to make pasta, and some furniture is in pretty poor condition. The listing calls a utility area “LAUNDRY,” but it’s just a washbasin, not a condominium laundry service. On hot days, there’s a sewer smell in the suite bathroom. If you have children, be careful: the second-floor balcony has no railing at all, as shown in the photos, so keep the door closed to avoid an accident. We couldn’t reach the owner by phone or message to get the self check-in code. We called Booking customer service and only got in almost two hours after the scheduled time. The automatic gate is broken.

There’s plenty of parking, and the house is only a few minutes from the city center. It’s new, has air conditioning, and the rooms are very comfortable. It has everything you need. Highly recommended.

The manager was very friendly, and the house was beautiful. It’s an ideal place to relax, and I recommend it. I’ll be back.
