The WiFi was bad overall, so that took a star off. The bed was comfortable, the indoor hotel area was nice, and breakfast was great.

The hostesses seemed to be in a really bad mood. There were cockroaches around the pool, and food scraps were scattered through the pool area.

The receptionist was really kind and supportive. The room was decent and clean, though the price felt a bit high for what you get.
