For a partial flat rental, it's fine.

This flat is better than many hotel chains I've stayed at. It was very clean and smelled lovely, the bed and mattress were excellent, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The pool and gym exceeded my expectations. Christian, the owner, was kind, attentive, professional, and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

I've stayed in several flats in this building, and this one is definitely the best.
