For R$ 470,00 a night, this was the worst value I found in Cotia-SP. The place felt pretty run-down, and the service was so poor it seemed like they were doing me a favor by helping. My towels were stained, and the shower had weak pressure and sprayed toward the wall. Breakfast was extremely basic, the simplest I've ever seen. It's a shame, but I'd warn people not to expect much because the place looks quite neglected.

The room was clean, and the first one we got was well equipped, with a Queen double bed, two single beds, a table, sofa, sink, and cutlery. But the air conditioning was broken, so we moved to a good but smaller room. We said we'd wanted one like the first, and were moved again to a room with two single beds and one double bed, though it was still inferior. The bathrooms looked nice but weren't planned very well. Breakfast had few choices, and some of the food was already going bad and tasted bad.

I stayed here recently and really liked it. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the bathroom was good, though the shower didn't get very hot. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. I'd recommend staying here.
