Motel Happy Night - Adults only

Terrible. I came for an event at a company and stopped by on Thursday to ask how things worked. At that point, I was told I could go to the event and leave my things in the room, and that breakfast would be available. But when I arrived, there was no breakfast and I couldn't leave my things in the room. Then I found two cockroaches in there that I had to kill. I also drank a Coke and later saw it had expired the day before. Just awful. I don't recommend it and won't come back.

The suite was lovely, but a few things let it down. I stayed in one with a pool, which was lukewarm, almost cold. There's a skylight, but it stays closed and there's no way to open it. The room was also a little dark, so the lights had to stay on all the time. Lunch was really tasty.

My wife had to leave first, but I was required to leave with her even though my overnight stay wasn't over. That's absurd. The reception staff were painfully slow too. I don't recommend it.

I've been coming to this motel for 15 years, but service has been difficult over the last two. They tell you one thing at check-in, then something different when you ask for it. I always book an overnight stay and ask whether breakfast is included. Reception says yes, but when we request it in the morning, we're told it isn't. Having to argue about what we were told is uncomfortable. Because of this, we're going to stop staying here.
