Hotel Quartzo

The hotel has a good setup and quiet rooms, but the restaurant service was a letdown. My dinner order arrived incomplete, and when I asked them to fix it, the kitchen ignored me. Reception stepped in promptly when I asked for help, but the cook refused to do anything. I called the manager, who said he wasn't at the hotel, hung up, and didn't answer again. It showed a lack of preparation among the team and management, and no real focus on guests or a culture of excellent service.

The hotel is noisy, and I really don't recommend it. I asked to have my room cleaned at 11:45, before the 12:00 cutoff. I left and got back at 6:00 p.m., and it was still untouched. That felt like a real lack of care for guests. There's noise on top of that. Breakfast is the same every day, the boxed juices are awful, and the service is poor. You have to pay for breakfast, too. I wouldn't recommend staying here 👎

The rooms are good, but the food was disappointing. The rice came all stuck together in a lump. Breakfast was pretty weak, with only boxed juice and very little fruit, and the area was quite disorganized. I also had the bad luck to arrive just as the deputy did. It was raining, and with all the police and onlookers around, we couldn't get the car into the parking lot or even pull up by the hotel to unload our luggage.

The service was impeccable, and breakfast was complete and really tasty. The room was spacious and fully equipped, with a very roomy bathroom. Everything was perfect.
