I left after about an hour and a half, packing up because I felt unsafe. Ze kept intimidating me, and I was genuinely frightened. After a few days, Vanessa replied to my message denying everything and refunded only one night. I won't recommend this place. She gave me a superior room even though the hotel was mostly empty. After showering, my ears started burning and my throat tightened, so I had to go to the hospital. I suspect it was an allergic reaction to the incense. It was extremely strong, and I'd never had that kind of sensitivity before. When I came back to reception an hour after checking in, Ze was the only staff member there, in the bar area. Given what had happened, I asked to speak to Vanessa, who lives at the inn, and requested a refund for the next night's stay. Ze made me feel intimidated. He called Vanessa, who appeared briefly on the balcony but wouldn't speak to me. Instead, she told Luis he should have informed Booking.com properly and said the payment had already gone through. I found her manner shockingly disrespectful and unprofessional. I messaged her through the platform, but she took three days to reply. When I finally left, Ze intimidated me further. I felt unsafe. A few days later, Vanessa denied everything and refunded only one night.
