The location in the city is great, and the space is very good: new, well finished, with a wonderful layout. The breakfast was just okay. I didn't see the special options that had been mentioned at check-in, and some of the food seemed to be from the day before. The space also felt a bit disconnected from the interior of the sky. I'd stay here again because it meets my needs, but the way unusual problems are handled makes me hesitate. When the water pump broke, we went several hours without being able to use the bathroom, with children along. What made me most upset was that nobody communicated with us. We paid in full, with no discount, even though the service was incomplete. The issue was met with apologies, but the bill still had to be paid in full. We left on the morning of January 18 without an apology or a discount.

Breakfast was a highlight, with regional items and friendly staff. Everyone was courteous, and the thoughtful little touches helped make the stay pleasant. The hotel has an elegant style that still reflects the region. There are two elevators, and the garage costs 20.00 per day, which I think is fair. One suggestion: it would be better if the TV were in the bedroom.

The staff were attentive and very helpful, and the breakfast, though small, was fresh, made that day, and delicious. The hotel is clean, new, and well organized, with a great location in a leafy area where it's nice to walk, which is rare in Cuiaba.

I felt right at home here, and that feeling matters a lot when you travel for work. I really liked the architecture, decor, cleanliness, and comfort. I highly recommend it. This will be my home whenever I'm in Cuiabá.

There’s plenty nearby to make a stay easy and enjoyable, including shopping centers, markets, bars, restaurants, and hospitals just a few minutes away. The place itself feels warm and welcoming, with art in the hallways and rooms that adds personality and elegance. Everything is new, thoughtfully detailed, and tastefully decorated. A truly distinctive experience.
