The pool looked lovely and was clean, though the wood beside it is worn out and could use a small renovation. My room was tidy, and the hotel is well located for the price I got booking online. Reception service was great. In the room, I missed having an outlet near the bed, and the tube TV cropped part of the picture on some channels. Breakfast was generally fine, but one morning when we came down later, there were no clean tables. I asked a staff member to wipe one and he did it rudely and without much care. The cutlery container had some dirt in it, which I only noticed because it was nearly empty, and a few plates weren't washed very well. Aside from that, I had a great stay.

I stayed in room 108, and this place badly needs a full renovation, both the building and the staff facilities. The afternoon receptionist kept chatting on his phone while I waited, and the morning receptionist seemed half asleep. The manager also looked thoroughly unimpressed. When I asked for a bath towel, the housekeeper gave me a very old one, and I heard a short chambermaid whose name I can't remember say that it was fine because the daily rate was so cheap. Awful. The restaurant food was poor: hard rice, terrible pasta, blandly seasoned meat, hair in the salad, and orange juice that tasted like rotten oranges. The furniture and beds were old and dirty, the TV was awful, and the cable service didn't work properly unless they put a clip behind the television. The pool was dirty, and the old wooden bridge over it was falling apart and seemed dangerous for children. Everything felt worn out. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even a dog.

The good price, location, parking, and cleanliness still make a stay worthwhile. But this place used to be better. Breakfast isn't as tasty as it once was, and the rooms in the old wing urgently need renovation.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, but the hotel feels dated, with air conditioning, TVs, and bathrooms that seem at least 10 years behind. Breakfast was poor. At R$ 190.00 a night, it felt far too expensive for the service. I wouldn't recommend it.

It's an aging hotel, though they've been making small renovations to keep it up to date. The restaurant works well and serves basic dishes, enough if you don't feel like going out into the city to find somewhere to eat. Parking is reasonable, and Wi-Fi is available at no extra charge.
