Terrible.

A decent, inexpensive place to sleep.

The room I got had dirty walls, the bathroom smelled like urine, there was hair in the shower from previous guests, my pillow was moldy, and the sheets had unidentified stains. Things were even worse for some of my colleagues: one had feces in the bathroom, and others got rooms without private bathrooms and had to use the shared one in the hallway. The breakfast was basic, but I don't have anything negative to say about it. I wasn't treated badly, but the owner sat drinking with other people at the entrance. Bring your own water, since there's no water dispenser, just a large bottle in a fridge, and the water was very poor quality. My colleagues and I ended up dehydrated. This place was awful, and even that feels like a generous description.

There was no water for a shower, and the air conditioner was really noisy. For the price, it just isn't worth it. Very bad.

Our reservation was canceled on the day of the Guns and Roses concert, leaving us out on the street. The front desk guy had the nerve to say the hotel had been rented to a group from MG for more money, and that the owner had left him to do the dirty work of throwing us out so he wouldn't have to deal with it. The room was dirty and tiny, dogs barked all night, and mosquitoes were eating me alive. Breakfast was the bare minimum. Staff were poorly trained and made sarcastic remarks. The management was completely irresponsible. This place felt like hell on earth. I've never seen people so inhumane, unethical, or irresponsible. Now I'm seeking justice. Stay away from here. There are other reviews on Booking and Google, and the owners show no ethics or respect for customers. Just look at the level of the response he wrote to me: “Don't forget we have proof.”
