Hotel Villa De Carli Beach

We were only a block from the avenue and two blocks from the beach, so the location was great. The room had a quiet air conditioner, a working smart TV, a new mattress, and clean, nicely scented bedding. Both the bathroom and bedroom were spotless, with attention to every detail, and room service came daily. Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel has a family atmosphere, and the room was well equipped. The receptionists and other staff were attentive, friendly, polite, and helpful. They kept thinking about the guests' comfort. Special thanks to the staff, who were always smiling and served us with such dedication, kindness, and courtesy. I highly recommend it, it's worth staying here.

The staff were friendly and ready to help with our requests, and the service was a 10. I hoped for better quality in the bed and bath linens, and more care with the bathroom's finish and upkeep. Still, it's clear they're working to improve things.

The patio and pool were lovely, and breakfast tasted great, though the choices were limited. The room was spotless and had towels, sheets, soap, pH balance, air conditioning, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. Everyone was spectacular, from the receptionist through the rest of the staff. I'd highly recommend it. The Wi-Fi signal didn't reach very far.

The hotel met our expectations, and we were welcomed and looked after very well. Our room was great, clean, and organized. It's close to the beach and the town center, and the value for money was the best. We'll definitely stay there when we return to Cassino.
