POUSADA CAMPESTRE Cunha-SP

The chalets have rustic decor and are comfortable and very clean. The location is surrounded by nature and wonderfully quiet. It’s a little way from the center, but that’s a plus if you’re looking to relax. The inn is family-run, very well cared for, and so welcoming. Suelen is a wonderful host, gentle, thoughtful, and always ready to help. You can see the care in every detail. Breakfast is a real standout: she makes almost everything herself, including fresh cheese, jams, and cakes, all delicious and with a special homemade touch. This is my second stay at Pousada Campestre, and it’s been excellent again. I’ll come back whenever I can.

The only downside was getting to stay for just one day. The inn is lovely and carefully looked after, and everything was spotless. It felt like Suelen cared for every detail as if she were welcoming her own family. The shower was so wonderful I wanted to take it home, haha, and the bed linens smelled fresh. The drive in is beautiful and the place isn't too far from town. Breakfast was delicious, and the service and warmth were unmatched. We already want to come back.

We booked two chalets at Pousada Campestre in Cunha - SP through Booking on December 9, 2025, for December 17-20, 2025, and paid R$2.193,00 by PIX. On the night of December 16, my three-year-old grandson developed a fever of 38,9. He was still feverish and unwell the next morning, and my son decided to cancel the trip because it was raining heavily and he didn't want to risk driving in those conditions. I used the Booking app to request a cancellation without fees, but 24 hours later Booking told me the accommodation had rejected it. I then requested cancellation with the fees and penalties, and that was refused too. On January 5, 2026, I called Pousada Campestre and spoke with the person in charge, Sra. SUELEN. I asked if our nights could be moved to a date that suited the inn, so we could still use what we had paid for. SUELEN was insensitive and replied, in a very one-sided way, that it wasn't possible because she would be losing money. I'm outraged by the lack of courtesy and what I see as dishonest treatment of customers by Pousada Campestre.

What makes the location special is how peaceful it is, even though it's a little way from the center. Pousada Campestre sits among nature, and the chalets are clean, cozy, and well cared for. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh food made with care. Suelem was so attentive and ready to help that we felt at home. It's a lovely place to rest and recharge, with a welcoming atmosphere and good energy. As a tour guide, I recommend it, and I'll certainly return.
