The staff were kind and helpful, and the room service kept everything neat and tidy. Breakfast was decent, with enough variety to suit different people, even if there weren’t loads of options. The hotel is well placed in the city center. There were a few flies in the bathroom, and the shower’s glass door felt flimsy. The bigger issue for me was the poor sound insulation. I could hear people talking in the hall every night, and people singing and chatting by the pool five floors below my room.

For the price, this is a good option near downtown in the Batel district. The rooms are spacious, with a small kitchen, sofa bed, and separate bedroom. There aren’t many amenities.

The hotel was very good, but I found the bathroom toilet paper hard to use. It was cut into little pieces instead of being the conventional kind.

The attendants were very good, and the location is close to everything, including two malls and lots of restaurants. The rooms are good, more like lofts, and breakfast was good too. The fitness center wasn’t good.
