The hotel was clean, and the bed and pillows were good. The TV was small and the air conditioning noisy. But never, NEVER use the laundry. I sent in my business clothes, size Tall GG, and got them back as a medium. A terrible experience. The manager said the laundry was handled outside and they’d used the normal process. I’d washed those same clothes at three other hotels on the same trip without any problem. Bad management and an awful result.

A decent old style hotel and good value, though the pool isn’t as nice as it looks in the pictures.

The balcony has a great view, and the bed and shower were both nice. The windows block most noise, though they aren't fully soundproof. The 32-inch TV felt small and was a bit far from the bed. Parking costs extra per day.

The pillows were so soft they gave me no support, which made it hard to sleep. It got cold without a heater. I know this is Brazil, but other hotels I stayed at had heaters, while here they only offered an extra blanket.

After a long trip, finding a room in this state was awful. It was completely dirty, and even after changing rooms twice that same night, I couldn't stay much longer. There are definitely better, newer, and even cheaper options in town.
