The bed was exactly how I like it, which was the best part for me. The hotel itself is decent, though the gym really needs renovating. Reception was painfully slow with everything, haha. Still, all good, cheers.

I’d happily stay here again. The room was pretty good for the price, and the location is fantastic, with a supermarket nearby where I went instead of paying for breakfast, which felt expensive for what it offered. I booked at very short notice and my reservation wasn't in the system, but the employee handled the problem really well.

For the price, this hotel is a great deal. It's close to the main city attractions, downtown, and parks for a walk. The neighborhood also feels safe because it's near government buildings.

My client had trouble getting a refund because his bank wasn't listed in the hotel's system. They had to refund the money to my account, and then I sent it on to him through PayPal to resolve things. A hotel ought to have a PayPal account for refunds.

The hotel feels a little dated, but the rate is fair for the area and the staff were friendly. The internet is fast, and the shower is good. One upside of it not being modernized is that the shower doesn't have a low-flow head.
