The location is right by the city center, and the reception staff were very polite. My room was clean, and the water got properly hot, which matters a lot in Curitiba during winter. Breakfast was just okay. I noticed an air conditioner in the room but didn't use it.

The staff were really friendly, and the rooms were decent and clean. It's a basic place in the city center, and a good option if saving money is the priority. It feels run down now, though. It used to be a four-star hotel years ago, but to me it doesn't live up to that anymore.

There are plenty of places nearby, including restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, banks, and bus stations, and the hotel is cheap with free breakfast, air conditioning, hot water from the tap, comfortable beds, and good service. It could work well for a convention or meeting. A couple of downsides: check-in is only after 2 pm, the elevator is slow, and the outlets in my room were far from the beds.

For the price, it's a good hotel, and the employees were very polite. The shower and sink water sometimes weren't as hot as I wanted, depending on the time of day.

There were ticks on the bed, so we moved to another room on the same, 10th, floor. I can't recommend this hotel. The elevator was frightening, too.
