Great people and a great place.

A really nice place.

I had an exam to take, and the study rooms here helped a lot. The Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout the property, even in the bedrooms, and the bathrooms were kept clean and in good shape the whole time. The daily rate felt very fair. The place is pleasant, tidy, and secure, with bars, restaurants, and a market nearby, so there was no need to drive. There’s also a comfortable common area for relaxing, chatting, and meeting people, and the staff were always helpful. I’d recommend it.

As Sra Cloutilde put it, this place is more human than capital. That really captures the warm feel of the Pensionato and the people who run it. It’s comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, and so are the other shared areas. Breakfast is free, the price is affordable for students and exam candidates, and the location is excellent, right in central CWB close to everything and the city’s tourist spots. Rayza is full of energy and very attentive. Her mother, Sra Cloutilde, is professional, considerate, and remarkably polite. Sr Péricles, Rayza’s father and Sra Cloutilde’s husband, is an honorable man with admirable loyalty.
