Condomínio CWBe Residence

CWBe’s shared spaces were spotless, tidy, and in excellent working order. The gym, coworking area, and rooftop were all well maintained, and the building clearly cares about keeping them that way. The doormen were warm, helpful, and thoughtful from the moment I arrived. It’s also a surprisingly good value, whether you’re looking for a comfortable home in the heart of Curitiba or a short stay with hotel standards. I’d recommend it with confidence. Definitely worth checking out.

The host was attentive, replied quickly, and made both check-in and check-out easy. The CWBe Residencial apartment looked just like the photos, with a modern feel, a comfortable bed, and a quiet, clean space. It had all the essentials. The building was secure and well organized, with efficient reception. The location is handy too, close to shops, restaurants, and transit. I’d happily stay again. It was convenient and pleasant, with good value for money.

I stay at this condominium often, and the reception team is excellent, both helpful and friendly. Still, as someone who works in healthcare, I’m concerned about the cleanliness and organization in the shared spaces, especially the gym. It’s often dirty, equipment is left out of place, and there are flies, which affects hygiene and users’ comfort. I’ve raised this with the administration before, but haven’t seen any clear improvement. A condominium of this size should keep its facilities in suitable condition. I hope management treats this as a warning and takes effective steps to make the space cleaner, safer, and more pleasant for everyone.

The common areas are kept impeccably clean, and the building’s service providers take good care of the place. Reception is excellent too, with doormen who are consistently attentive and helpful. The laundry works very well, with quality machines at a very reasonable price. The gym is well equipped with new machines and meets residents’ needs perfectly.
