Check-in was a complete ordeal. I booked several apartments for my family through booking.com, and getting keys seemed almost impossible. The front desk staff were unhelpful and struggled with their own complicated, glitchy security system. We had to submit everyone’s names and IDs, then use links that didn’t work to enter personal details and take facial photos, hoping the process would go through. For ten of us, checking in took around five hours. We also watched a European family who didn’t speak Portuguese try for a couple of hours before giving up and standing sadly on the sidewalk. I’ve never had a worse experience getting a room, apartment, or house. Don’t use these apartments or deal with these incompetent people.

The building feels very safe, and it’s in Batel, one of Curitiba’s best neighborhoods. There’s a nice pool, gym, and restaurant too.

You need a key to get into the building, so it feels very secure.

The check-in process was awful. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else.

The receptionists were rude and horrible. 0/5.
