We found the shower in our room impossible to use, though the bed itself was okay. The sheets looked yellowed with age, and when we arrived by car there wasn't a parking space for us, despite the hotel description saying parking was available. We had to add 10 bucks for a nearby lot. I might have given it two stars, but I suspect I just didn't get a chance to notice anything positive. Sorry for the bad review, I hope it helps others know what they could run into.

The restaurant was a highlight, with delicious food and service from the staff that was truly among the best I've experienced. We had a relaxed family meal in a lovely atmosphere. The hotel is in a fantastic location too. Excellent stay, highly recommend!
8/10
The bathroom seemed not to have been properly cleaned before we arrived. There were marks on the metal fixtures, including what looked like lipstick, and no fresh toilet paper. Even though we checked in late, there weren't any towels in the room. For the price and the hotel's status, that was concerning.
10/10
The room is very nice, and the beds and pillows are really comfortable. The bathroom is good, though I don't like having a bathtub instead of a shower stall. I wondered where the valet parking was and whether breakfast was included. I think it's expensive at one hundred reals.

When I got to the hotel, there wasn't a parking space for my car. The Accor app (ALL), where I'm a member, hadn't mentioned that. That's why I couldn't give it five stars.
