Vibe

The apartment was very good, clean, fully equipped, and in a great location. Anderson, the attendant, was friendly and helpful. My one concern was access to the building: there’s no control over who comes and goes, and unfortunately there are people with bad intentions around.

The building is beautiful and the apartments are comfortable, but I went three days without water. I booked for 27/10 to 03/11/2025, and the building had no water starting on the 31st. They put up a note saying “plumbing system under maintenance.” The elevator was incredibly slow and packed with guests. Early on the 31st, I asked the building manager why there was no water. She said there were too many guests and the water pump couldn’t handle the demand, but they were working on it and it would be fixed by late afternoon. That night, when I tried to shower, there was only hot water. The shower is gas-heated, so it was boiling and impossible to use. The next morning I showered early, but the water quickly went completely cold. I thought it was temporary. That evening there was no water at all when I tried again, and today, 02/11, there’s still no water. Reception didn’t tell guests the water would be off. No one offered to cancel the booking or refund the money without a fee, and nobody warned us the problem might continue. I’m outraged. I hope booking responds.

The apartments are practical, minimally decorated, and have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building has a gym, coworking space, and attentive doormen. There are plenty of different shops and places to eat nearby, from breakfast through dinner.

Vibe Altma is in a very convenient spot, with easy access and a supermarket, bus stop, and essential services close by. The building is new, clean, organized, and well maintained. The gym is new and very well equipped too. A great option for living or staying.
