We were treated really well, and the breakfast was plentiful. The place is quiet, leafy, and the room was very clean and tidy. I didn’t take pictures of the room or breakfast, just the entrance, which has lots of trees.

Only the receptionist’s service was good. The Booking description and photos don’t match reality: every room has cold tile floors, the heater isn’t suited to the room, and the electric shower isn’t suited to the climate. It feels set up for a beach stay, not a cold place like Curitiba. I gave up on the stay after checking in and asked for a refund, but 2 days later I still hadn’t received a response. I don’t recommend it.

The hotel is charming, clean, and has incredible service and delicious breakfast. But we stayed overnight on a very cold night, which is common in Curitiba, and the room was poorly insulated, with unsealed windows and a basic electric shower that only gave slightly warm water. We were freezing. It got down to 1 degree that night, and after a difficult day, the cold air coming through the bathroom window that barely shut and the lukewarm shower were really disappointing.
