6/10
Cheap and very basic, but it was okay for a budget stay. Breakfast was amazing, and the water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. The beds and pillows were rough, though, and they only give you a top sheet. Outside noise was another downside. I’d come back if I were watching my budget.

The windows in the rooms look like jail cell windows, and the internet is very unreliable. The outlets don’t fit international plugs. Breakfast is the same every day. You also have to buy drinking water here, as you do at other hotels in Brazil. In Rwanda and India, hotels provide each guest with drinking water for free. Maybe Brazil could follow their example of guest hospitality.

The hotel is okay for the price and the quality they provide. Its best feature is the location, less than 50 meters from a shopping center with a great range of restaurants.

8/10
The location was excellent, with a shopping mall, tree lined streets, and a bus stop nearby. The rooms were very clean and roomy, and the food was really good. So far, so good.

The rooms are a bit dated but fine. The staff are friendly, the location is great, and breakfast is included.
