Carla and Andrea at the concierge made everything so easy for us. They were warm, helpful, and friendly. We also had a comfortable room, great amenities, and a perfect location. Best hotel stay, highly recommend!

Breakfast had a decent variety, but it was the same every day. The room was a good size, and I chose a king bed. The toilet layout is stupid, and they don't provide toilet shoes, a toothbrush, or toothpaste. There was no water in the room, so you have to buy it, and nothing in the fridge is free either. The pictures and tables in the room collect a lot of dust. Three stars because they don't provide water or toothpaste. Literally abstinent.

A quiet, comfortable stay in a chic hotel, in a nice neighborhood with everything close by. I'd definitely come back.

For the price, this hotel is great value. I stayed for two weeks, and housekeeping came every day, even though the room note said service was every other day unless requested. That was a real plus. I had a hard time explaining that I didn't want housekeeping to enter while I was in the room, since I don't speak Portuguese. A do not disturb tag would help. Also, for business trips, I'd prefer an office chair in the room instead of a regular chair.
