2/10
The location was the only thing I liked. Room cleanliness was below average, and the rooms themselves were average. They do have parking, but sometimes getting the car out is difficult. The front desk staff were okay. We booked five days, but checked out after two and moved to another hotel. They agreed to refund us, which was a relief.

The building seems old, and comfort wasn't its strong point. The toilet paper was the cheapest kind, and breakfast was simple. On the plus side, the location is great, close to several good restaurants and bars, as well as Mercado Municipal and Jardim Botânico.

It's right by the railway and bus station. The exterior doesn't look chic, but inside the rooms are spacious and clean, with great bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is good too.

The staff were friendly, and the price was inexpensive. The location is decent, right next to the bus station. A triple room was 150R/night.

Service was okay, and so was the politeness. It didn't let me down overall.
