Pensão da Simone

A peaceful place with happy people. Dona Simone is so attentive. I’m grateful for my stay here. It’s clean, pleasant, and has such a calm atmosphere. I’m more than satisfied, and I feel good in this home.

Dona Simone is wonderful, and the people here have become family to me. This is a great place to stay, whether you’re a university student who needs the location or someone looking for somewhere to rest or even work. There are rules, but as long as people respect them, there are no problems. The atmosphere is family-like, and people who come looking for arguments, gossip, or disrespect won’t fit in. If you’re a decent person, you’ll stay and have a great experience. This is a place where you learn, preserve things, and build relationships.

A bad experience. I found a lot of intolerance, and rules that had already been set were no longer valid when I arrived. I wouldn’t recommend it to people with pets. The owner has a very unruly dog that bit me. I had a terrible time with the owner and relatives. They’re toxic people who spread rumors, stir up trouble, and talk about things they don’t know. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Simone’s place is simple and pleasant, clean, organized, and in a very good location. There are rules, and the people are nice. If you’re looking for somewhere basic but comfortable at a fair price, you can book without worrying.
