Studio do Bosque - SBO009

The noise and the way the problems were handled made this a really bad stay. After 12:20 a.m., people upstairs started dragging furniture, while three guests in a red car were talking and laughing loudly in the garage. I contacted the management, but they said they couldn't do anything and told me to speak to the doorman. When I asked whether there was an intercom and what number to call, they didn't tell me. Was I supposed to get out of my pajamas, get dressed, and go downstairs to talk to him at that hour? Before the stay they said they'd be available for anything, but when problems came up, they passed them along. Unbelievable. Getting in was stressful too. After an eight-hour drive, I contacted management to ask for a parking space. They wouldn't let me into the building until I paid the R$ 90 parking fee, even though I had already paid for the stay and could have paid for parking there. Studio do Bosque is on an avenue with nowhere to park, so I had to leave the car in a prohibited spot at the supermarket next door while making the PIX payment. The apartment was disappointing to find dirty. The walls were very grimy, especially in the bathroom, and the sink drains in both the bathroom and kitchen were dirty. There was no mirror by the bathroom outlets. The shower broke, and when I asked for maintenance so I could bathe, they said it would only happen the next day. After I insisted, a woman from management let me use another apartment, No. 308, but its floor had hair on it and the shower was rusty, with orange water coming out. The electric stove in No. 317 didn't work either.

The apartment was spacious and in a good location, but our experience wasn't good. Check-in was delayed by two hours and forty-five minutes, and the unit hadn't been cleaned completely. It also needs maintenance: the bathroom sink smelled and was partly clogged, and the living-room sofa was broken, so it wasn't comfortable. This is about the unit where we spent three days. I can't speak for the others.

The room felt cozy and had good equipment. It was all clean and hygienic, and the service was friendly. I'd recommend it.

The room could use a better clean. The apartment was okay and big enough if you don't plan to spend much time inside.
