The event rooms had decent facilities and Wi-Fi, though you have to pay for it, and there were very few wall outlets. The receptionist brought us extension cords. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the meals were served generously. The key card did stop working for some reason on the third day. Still, the staff were nice and the place was well equipped.

The location is a real plus, with a mall right beside the hotel and a good Italian restaurant across the street. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the lunch and dinner buffet was very affordable. The towels badly need replacing, though.

The location was the one real advantage. The people were nice, but the service fell short, and there were no instructions in the room for contacting the help desk or lobby. We asked for a high floor apartment, and they even acknowledged the request, but it didn’t help. Breakfast was just okay at best, and the place felt like a tier 3 hotel charging tier 2 prices. It doesn’t deserve another chance.

The rooms are spacious and nicely put together, though they could use more electrical outlets. Breakfast was fair, but the juice was artificial and really bad. Also, let them clean when they ask, or you might come back to find your room untouched.
