What a lovely stay. The chalet was really cozy and clean, and it’s away from the bustle downtown. Breakfast was simple but delicious and fair. Viviane’s kindness and attention were truly special, and Ju took great care of the chalet’s daily maintenance. My wife and I are fans now. Definitely a great place to stay in Diamantina.

We had a great stay and want to come back. The chalets feel private even though they sit side by side, and we only dealt with reception when arriving and leaving, which suited us. It’s a short drive, about 6 minutes, to the historic center. Walking would be a long, tough uphill-and-downhill trip, around 30 minutes. Viviane was exceptionally organized, arranging breakfast and room cleaning. Breakfast was excellent: bread, cheese rolls, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, and a biscuit, delivered to our room at the time we chose with Viviane. It was lovely to eat while looking out at the Diamantina mountains. The rooms were clean, with a hot shower, minibar, microwave, coffee maker, and TV with a few Sky channels. The bed was large and comfortable. Parking is right in front of the chalets; the space felt a little tricky to park in, but our Tracker fit easily. I’d only suggest updating the TVs so guests can sign into streaming services and log out when their stay ends. I hardly watch TV, but missed that option when I wanted to watch a game on Globoplay.

My wife and I spent five days in Diamantina and left happy with the service. Viviane, who looked after our stay, was perfectly hospitable, kind, and attentive.
