Hotel Vivo

So-so.

Awesome.

The bathroom floor was soaked, and there were no towels, so I had to ask at reception. The TV wasn't smart, and I found forgotten items under the bed. Cleaning was poor. The bathroom door had no handle, and there was nowhere to put soap in the shower. There was only one thin sheet on the bed, and the toilet paper was terrible. I didn't feel like waiting for breakfast. These comments are about apt 103. For what was provided, 250.00 per night was a lot.

I arrived without any trouble and the team at the entrance treated me well. After that first impression, I was thinking of staying two extra days. But the problems during my stay, and especially the way I was treated when leaving, changed my mind and I didn't renew. My stay was from 11/03/2026 to 12/03/2026. The shower water was cold, the TV didn't work and had no remote, the Wi-Fi was down, and the air-conditioner filter was extremely dirty. I ended up feeling unwell and had to seek medical care at Hospital de Divinópolis for breathing problems. I also had to keep the window open, which let in lots of mosquitoes and outside noise, and I couldn't sleep through the night. Despite all this, they wouldn't move me to another room. When I went to reception to explain the issues, they spoke to me curtly and rudely, and I didn't even get an apology. The manager only said the hotel was cutting costs because expenses were high and they used solar panels for heating. He said the hotel's motto was to SAVE money for the hotel. They offered no solution or compensation. It's really disappointing to go through this. When you stay at a hotel, you expect at least respect, comfort, and decent conditions to rest. I left very disappointed.
