The food was plentiful and delicious, and everyone at HFBV was warm and helpful. It had a real big-family feel. Carla deserves a special mention for guiding us on an amazing horseback ride. The room was the letdown. We know it's a rural stay, but for the price we expected more from the room and bathroom. There was mouse droppings on the bed, apparently from the chalet roof, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable, which matters if you're hoping to work remotely.

We rode on horseback to a beautiful waterfall, which was one of the highlights for me. The chalets were lovely, the food was excellent and high quality, and there's plenty of nature to enjoy. A great choice if you're looking to properly disconnect.

We've stayed here twice in back-to-back years and are sure to return. It's a relaxing place for a family break, with very welcoming staff who seem proud of their work. The guided horse rides happen every day, and the guides are experts.

The setting is gorgeous, and I loved riding the Tennessee and Mangalarga horses. The staff know their stuff and are terrific. After riding, relaxing by the pool was just right. The food was delicious, and the kids enjoyed it too. Works well for families or couples.👍

We had such a good time at fazenda bela vista and are 100% sure we'll come back. The kids went horseback riding every day while we took it easy. The kitchen deserves a big mention, especially the salads, which were a dream. Amazing food, and a really lovely team. Cheers from Martin & Family.
