Hotel Vila Real Dourados

The room had several problems. The bed mattress dipped lower on one side, the floor was dirty, and the sheets looked stained. The blanket seemed like it hadn't been washed in ages. The closet was wobbly and looked at risk of falling, while the bathroom was tiny and the toilet flush was broken. There wasn't enough soap either. There were no outlets close to the beds. The ones available were so high up that my phone hung from the plug. The window sat very low and was stiff, so we couldn't close it. That left me worried other people could see me showering. The place needs a lot of improvement, especially for somewhere in the center. The parking lot is across the street, so in the rain you arrive at the car soaked.
