Costa Blanca (Adult Only)

I used to come here often, but I won’t be back. The lack of sound insulation is awful: from 4 a.m., suite 210 was blasting music. I just wanted to sleep for the rest of my stay, but it’s been a horrible experience. Apartment 211 also has no hot water.

The only real mess in room 101 was gum on the floor that stuck to my foot. Otherwise, everything was very good, and the hydro tub worked really well. The room was clean, the AC cooled properly, and the towels were clean; the sheets were neatly folded and smelled nice. I didn’t like that the waiter asked for 10% and added it to the bill before I’d agreed. That’s why I gave the service 3 stars.

The waiter and phone operator deserve credit for their service. The room itself, though, was in bad shape: the bathroom sink leaked, the shower door was broken, there was dampness at the bottom of the wall, and the shower had weak flow and only got lukewarm. This was room 308. It used to be very good, but lately it’s been getting much worse.

Room 101 was a terrible experience. The pole dance lights didn’t work, the AC wouldn’t cool, and it was unbearably hot by the hydro tub because the awning wouldn’t open. The water felt like it had been set to hot. I called to complain, but was just told everything was deactivated. I didn’t consume anything, yet still paid the waiter’s 10%. Nothing works.
