I work as a real estate agent and have a unit in this club condominium available for daily rental or shared ownership. The area is fantastic, and I'd say this is one of the most beautiful spots on Bahia's northern coast. The condominium itself has an amazing setup.

There are several kiosks along the shore, and the beach itself is lovely. On the dirt path by the waterfront, though, there was trash piled up before reaching the kiosk area. The meeting point of the river and the sea is beautiful. Coming off the highway, the road to Inhambupe is unpaved, while the town center has paved streets and a few pousadas. With interest and investment, this little place could become a sustainable tourism destination.

Baixio seems like a great place to invest. There's a sales stand in the shopping center, shop 5, and the real estate agent there is very personable and puts you at ease.

Right between the sea and the Inhambupe River, this place feels peaceful. Everything is new, nicely decorated, well organized, and has great facilities.
