4/10
The room itself was roomy enough, and the hotel was clean with a good range at breakfast. The bathroom was tiny, though, and getting into the shower was difficult. Check-in and check-out need more staff during busy periods and should move faster. The elevator could take up to 20 minutes for a trip up or down.

We were traveling as a big group, and the staff were kind and attentive to everyone. The view was beautiful, the location in Feira de Santana was just right, and breakfast was very good too. I'd definitely recommend staying here, whether you're American or Brazilian.

The coffee shop beside the lobby is excellent, and the breakfast was nice. I found the hotel clean and secure, probably the best one in Feira de Santana. I only wish the lobby staff spoke more English or Spanish.
