When I drive between the northern part of Brazil and the south, I usually stop in Feira de Santana so I can rest and continue the trip the next day. I tried a couple of other hotels, but after staying at NH Hotel, I haven't tried another. I love it. The location isn't ideal if you're after entertainment, but I'd definitely stop here again. There's a decent gym, better than some other hotel gyms I've seen, and the staff are super friendly. The rooms are comfortable, have amenities, and are excellent for the price, which isn't much higher than other hotels. Breakfast is amazing. If I didn't have so many kilometers to drive, I'd stay in the restaurant and enjoy a slow, lovely meal.

I was there for an event, not as a hotel guest. The event space was a good size and didn't interfere with the hotel's day-to-day operations. I also had lunch at the restaurant and was treated incredibly well. The food was tasty, the room was comfortable with nice decor and lighting, and the waiters were very friendly. I visited the rooftop restaurant too, and the view of the city was amazing. Really good!

A terrible experience. I came to Feira de Santana for an important exam and booked a room based on the information I was given, since I needed to study there all day. A sign in the room said room service worked EVERY DAY starting at noon. That wasn't true: on Sundays it only starts at 4 p.m. The restaurant doesn't open for lunch, and it was raining all day. I only managed to get lunch because there's a bistro on the ground floor, OUTSIDE THE HOTEL. It normally doesn't open on Sundays, but that day it had opened for a special event that was already over. The attendant offered to make me rice, beans, and steak so I'd have something to eat. On Saturday night the hotel restaurant was open, but every table was reserved. None of this was mentioned at check-in. All the relevant information was either wrong or left out. On top of that, the restaurant music was so loud Saturday night that I could hear it in my room three floors below, and it sounded like there was renovation work in the room next door. A horrible stay. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
