Thiago and Alex took such great care of us, they were fantastic. The manager also made up for the water supply problems we had on our first day with their delicious food, after everything was fixed. It’s a beautiful hotel with outstanding views, and we’re grateful for all the attention and everything they did. If I owned a business, I’d definitely try to hire Thiago and Alex.

The view was the only thing that made this place worthwhile, and it wasn’t worth the price. Our stay was terrible, with dirty rooms, a filthy lobby and restaurant, and an unprofessional, careless team. Stains were everywhere, on the walls, sheets, towels, and floor. They didn’t make up the room unless we asked, and even then we had to ask three times. The food was awful, and they were always saying they’d run out of basics like cheese. The manager made promises and then disappeared, and doesn’t know how to deal with guests. The service and cleaning were far below standard. Avoid this hotel.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have been happier with the choice. The room was comfortable, the place was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were so kind.
