The waiters were extremely kind and made an effort, and the manager was very friendly and attentive. The structure and location are wonderful, among the best on the island, without a doubt. But the breakfast was poor for a rate of almost R$7,000 per night. It was missing good quality local breads and cakes. Maintenance was slow: the lock ran out of batteries and left me outside for almost an hour. The cable TV didn’t work, and my husband had to fix the router himself after reception only told me there was a problem. The hotel is new, but some parts of the gym and pool seem to need maintenance. I’m giving it three stars based on the price versus the service delivered.

The pool at Hamares Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of my stay. The water was always clean, it was peaceful, and the view was lovely. A great place to unwind after excursions.

The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable, and the sheets and shampoo were Trousseau. The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were great, with a beautiful view of the peak and attentive service. Hamares Boutique really surprised me. It’s a great, well located hotel, and I’ll be back next year.
