Pousada Alamoa

The staff were so polite and helpful, and the location is great for restaurants and Praia do Cachorro. Breakfast was delicious, all made fresh with care. They also serve coffee and wonderful cake in the late afternoon, included in the daily rate.

We loved the complimentary afternoon coffee at the end of the day. There were toast, cake, and pie, with a different option each day. Breakfast also had a good range, including fruit, juice, tapioca, bread, couscous, and cake. The pousada is simple but comfortable and feels welcoming, like home. Everything was clean, the bed and bath linens were comfortable, and the minibar, hair dryer, and shower all worked perfectly. It’s close to the main square, with plenty of restaurants, little shops, and markets nearby. Everyone was helpful, especially Gabi. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

Will’s excellent welcome really lifted our impression of the pousada. Right away, he shared key information about Noronha and tips for outings, restaurants, and places to have fun. He was wonderful throughout our stay, and the other staff were attentive too. We were in room 07, which felt very cramped. The bed covers were clean but quite worn, and breakfast choices were limited. The menu was shared the day before, and breakfast was served at the set time.

Will was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, and Dora made us feel at home when we arrived. The cleaning staff also did a lovely job. Each morning, we came back from our outing to a spotless room. Breakfast was always set out on the table at the time we’d scheduled. I had a wonderful stay.
