At Pousada Maravilha, the property was always immaculate, thanks to the groundskeepers and cleaning staff, whose work was clear even though I didn't speak with them much. Diego's calm presence also helped us slow down and feel like we were really on vacation. The owner was warm and personable, too, and made sure our stay felt unforgettable. The service was thoughtful from the start. Walle handled concierge matters professionally and attentively, and seemed truly invested in shaping a great experience. At breakfast, Jaja's cheerful warmth set us up for the day. I don't speak Portuguese, but the team was patient and helped me learn along the way. Amber and both Leticias took wonderful care of us. Thank you, ladies. Hoel gave us a Michelin-star-level dining experience, and the chef kept us well fed with delicious food with a Noronha twist. Pousada Maravilha has set a new standard for hospitality. I can't wait to come back.

The staff made our stay feel special. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. We always looked forward to seeing them when we came back from a day out or sat down for a meal. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary, and staying here made the trip memorable. The room and buildings were beautiful, the beds very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The view and location were incredible, too. They say their restaurant is the best on the island, and they might be right!

The location is beautiful, and so is the hotel, but the service was awful. After a short walk at nearby Sueste beach, my friend's sandal broke and she was walking on scorching asphalt, so we went to the restaurant hoping to sit down, order coffee and water, and recover a bit. The receptionist was extremely rude, followed us and said we couldn't order just coffee, only lunch, or she'd have to call a taxi to make us leave immediately. It was really sad to be treated that way.

We spent Christmas 2022 here, and it was incredibly special. Our room and the pool area both had spectacular views, and I even had a massage on our balcony overlooking the ocean. The staff paid extraordinary attention to every detail, from reception and the restaurant to housekeeping and landscaping. We felt at home right away, welcomed with champagne and fresh fruit. They put so much effort into Christmas dinner, with ham, turkey, all the trimmings and an eight-course meal. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were beautifully made. The hotel is within walking distance of two of the best beaches, with a bus route nearby, and reception can call a taxi any time. I hope to return to this little slice of paradise.

The staff made a big difference, helping us book everything and going out of their way throughout our stay. They were so friendly, and we're grateful for all they did. The room was always spotless, with an unbelievable ocean view, and the food was superb. It's an incredible hotel on a very special island. We hope to come back.
