Pousada Martins e Cia

Simple place and great value. The last room is the best! Breakfast was tasty, and the service was top notch. There’s a place right beside the pousada that rents snorkels, masks, and life vests at an excellent price. It’s in Trinta, near a bus stop and some great restaurants.

I stayed from 04 to 07/11/1025 and was surprised by how welcoming everyone was. The pousada is simple, but it has so much warmth that I felt at home. Conceição, who people usually call “CEÇA,” is a sweetheart and takes care of everything so well. She’s attentive and always ready to help. To me, she’s the soul of the pousada, and she made the experience far better than I expected. I wanted to leave this message to thank them for such a great stay. The location is great, too, and it’s right beside Valdênio’s takeaway, which has good food at low prices. Thank you to pousada MARTINS, and especially “CEÇA”!

Good pousada, and the breakfast is about what you’d expect. Once you book, ask for the number of the excellent staff member who’ll welcome you at the house, Conceição. She’s very polite and friendly, and gives great suggestions for tours and places to have lunch or dinner.

Ceiça was excellent, always attentive and ready to help. Breakfast was simple but tasty and carefully prepared. I stayed from 21 to 24.06.25, and my room was in poor shape. The bathroom doorknob kept falling off, the door wouldn’t close and was badly out of alignment, and there was no bathroom shelf for my things. The room was also very cramped. The pousada still leaves a lot to be desired.
