Império Hotel - Floriano

I’ve stayed here at different times and on several occasions. The price seems fair for what the hotel offers, and the rooms are comfortable and good. Breakfast is very good, the front desk team is always friendly and attentive, and there’s parking. The room air conditioning works really well. The big issue is noise. Sound carries a lot through the halls. Upstairs, there’s a lot of road noise, while on the ground floor the kitchen is very noisy, both in the kitchen itself and out in the corridor. The kitchen could be more careful about that. I’d recommend that management improve the sound insulation in the hallways.

We only stayed one night, but everything went smoothly. The WhatsApp response was quick, the room was clean, the staff were polite, and there was covered parking. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including several kinds of cake, pie, cheese bread, and couscous. The price was fair too. The one downside was the electric shower. Its temperature control is mounted quite high, and it only turns off at a very hot setting, which may not suit everyone. It didn’t spoil the stay for us.

We had a great night and didn’t start sneezing when we turned on the air conditioning, which was a relief. The room was especially clean. We hadn’t come across many hotels that were as well looked after along the way. The service was friendly, and the women in the kitchen are lovely. Really good!

The breakfast at Hotel Império was a highlight, with lots of fresh, tasty choices prepared with care. The room was spacious, bright, tastefully decorated, and very clean, with an extremely comfortable bed that made for good nights of sleep. You can tell they care about the quality of what they offer. I have nothing to complain about, only praise. It’s definitely worth staying here, and I’ve already recommended it to friends and family.
