AZZA Smart Stay

There's a market, restaurants and fruit shops close by, which made the stay convenient. It was my first time in Floripa, and I wanted to compliment the hotel. It was very clean, and Felipe the caretaker was attentive. Yian and the rest of the team were also friendly and always willing to help.

The studio rooms are lovely, and the whole place feels modern and very high-tech. Check-in isn't until 4 pm, and the lack of security makes the process quite a disaster.

Great location, and the entrance system worked very well. The apartment was spotless and organized, and the doorman was really attentive. A ten out of ten.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and there are bakeries and markets nearby. The apartment was spotless and well equipped, with good quality materials. Everything smelled lovely, both in the unit and throughout the building. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed plus a blender, coffee maker and sandwich press. The bed was roomy and very comfortable, and the blankets and towels were soft and smelled fresh. I also loved the handy placement of the outlets around the bedroom. The bathroom had a great shower, and shampoo and conditioner were provided, a thoughtful extra. The garage worked fine, though the ramp is narrow so take care when leaving. I had a really pleasant stay and would definitely return.
