Casa Kaia Mar is lovely, thoughtfully put together, new, and fully equipped. It was also peaceful, close to the beach and shops. Before the stay, the team noticed my payment hadn't gone through and called with another way to pay, which made the experience positive from the start. I'll definitely come back.

We came back to Córdoba happy after a wonderful few days. The place and its neighborhood both felt beautiful, peaceful, and safe. We had a great vacation in Brazil and will keep this spot in mind for another trip. Highly recommended.

The bed, pillows, and blanket were lovely, soft, and new, and I did have a good stay. A few things could be better, though: the kitchen window needs a curtain, the shower should be moved out of the bathtub, and the bed needs repositioning. The door key needs fixing, a broom and dustpan would help, and the hot air function doesn't work.

The beach and supermarket are both nearby, which made the location great. Inside, everything was clean, well equipped, and really comfortable. I loved it and hope to return soon!
