Everything is excellent every time. We come back each year and highly recommend it.

The house is lovely and was very clean, with everything we needed for our stay. The family were kind and attentive, always answering our questions, and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful time.

We were very satisfied with the seven days we spent here, and would like to return if a few other things work out first. The owners provided very good service, and the location is right in the center for visiting the island’s eastern beaches. The view of Lagoa da Conceição and the surrounding area is beautiful, and the chalet was well maintained. They changed the bed linens and towels after three days, and there’s air conditioning upstairs. One suggestion: bring a fan for the ground floor. You can open the front door and balcony door to create a breeze, but noise, mosquitoes, or other reasons may mean you need to close them, and then it gets very hot. Air conditioning downstairs would be nice, though it would certainly raise the cost of the stay, which wouldn’t be good.

The owners are kind, friendly people, and their care and attention show throughout the place. The service was wonderful from before I arrived, from the pre-booking through check-in. The facilities are beautiful, very clean, and well looked after. It’s a real chalet, quiet, comfortable, and spacious, with everything you need for a night or a longer stay in Floripa. It sits right in front of Lagoa da Conceição, with a spectacular view and easy access to Praia Mole, Praia da Barra, Prainha, Barra, and Centrinho da Lagoa. One of the best lodging experiences I’ve had. It’s well worth it!
